Going to university or college is one of the biggest investments you can make. Do you know how much it is going to cost you and what help is available? The links below will help you find the information you need.

Most students do not need to pay any tuition fees up-front, as you could be eligible for a Tuition Fee Loan. There are also grants and loans to help with living costs, such as rent, food, books, transport and entertainment. Further information can be found on GOV.UK.

The cost of studying in the UK for 2013 entry

Fees information for all universities and colleges, for home and EU students wishing to enter UK higher education, is available on Course Search.

It is likely that different institutions will charge different fees for similarly titled courses. Therefore it is important that you are clear on how much you will be paying for your course prior to submitting your application.

English applicants

Students from England looking for more information or to apply should visit www.gov.uk/studentfinance

Students from England won't have to pay any tuition fees up front and will be able to apply for a Tuition Fee Loan from Student Finance England to cover the full cost of their tuition fees. There's also support towards living costs, including a Maintenance Loan (which has to be paid back) and a Maintenance Grant (which doesn't have to be paid back). Extra help is available for students with children or adult dependants, a disability, long-term health condition, mental-health condition or specific learning difficulty.

Students in England can apply for student finance now for courses starting in 2013.

Northern Ireland applicants

Students from Northern Ireland can apply now for 2013 entry student finance. Go to www.studentfinanceni.co.uk and apply today.

Applicants from Northern Ireland who wish to study in Northern Ireland, or EU applicants who wish to study in Northern Ireland, will pay course fees of up to £3,575. For further information regarding student finance in Northern Ireland, visit the SFNI website.

Scottish applicants

Applicants from Scotland who wish to study at a Scottish institution, and EU applicants who wish to study in Scotland, do not have to pay for their own tuition. Eligible applicants can apply for financial support through the Student Awards Agency for Scotland. Further information can be found on the SAAS website. Scottish applicants to institutions elsewhere in the UK should also apply for financial support through SAAS.

Welsh applicants

Students from Wales can apply now for 2013 entry student finance. Go to www.studentfinancewales.co.uk and apply today.

Welsh students can apply for Tuition Fee and Maintenance Loans (which have to be paid back), and grants and bursaries (which don't). There's also extra support for those with special circumstances - if you have children or adult dependants, a disability, long-term health condition, mental-health condition, or specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia or dyspraxia.

The Welsh Government gives Welsh students a Tuition Fee Loan of up to £3,575 plus a Tuition Fee Grant of up to £5,425, to make up the balance of the actual fee charged (up to £9,000). This applies wherever they study in the UK and for EU students planning to study in Wales only. The subsidy will vary depending on what the university or college charges, for example if they charge £7,000 the Tuition Fee Grant will be £3,425.

This means Welsh domiciled and EU students will pay the same fees as other students for courses but will get help from the Welsh Government towards the cost. For more information on student finance in Wales, visit the Student Finance Wales website.

Applicants from the Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Applicants are advised to contact the institution(s) they wish to apply to in order to discuss their individual funding arrangement.

International students

Fees for international students vary depending on the institution you apply to. International applicants who wish to find information regarding their course fees should contact the institution(s) they are interested in applying to. Contact details for these institutions can be found on UCAS Course Search.

The National Scholarship Programme

The National Scholarship Programme (NSP) started in September 2012. It gives financial help to students studying in higher education in England. The scheme is designed to help students whose families' income is £25,000 or less. NSP awards are in addition to any other loans or grants students might apply for.

Awards might include help with tuition fees, subsidised accommodation, a cash bursary or other help. Awards are paid by universities and colleges. Each university or college has its own rules about eligibility, and what types of awards are available.

Applicants should make sure they fully understand and meet the eligibility criteria of their chosen university or college before they apply. NSP awards will not be available to individuals who are ordinarily resident in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Other EU nationals will only be eligible for certain types of awards.

Applicants to Scottish higher education institutions with dual nationality - from 2013 entry

For 2013 entry onwards, any new applicant who is a 'dual national' (a national of both another EU member state and the UK) will not be entitled to the regulated rate of fees ('home fees') at a Scottish institution and a tuition fee award from the Student Awards Agency For Scotland (SAAS), simply because of their 'other EU member state' nationality. Rather, in order to qualify for home fees and a tuition fee award as an EU student, the individual will have had to have exercised their right of residence in the EEA/Switzerland or have been resident in the non-UK EU member state of which they are also a national for at least three months.

If you are applying for 2013 entry and think this may affect you, please contact the institution to which you are planning to apply and they will advise you on how your fee status is likely to be regarded.

Student finance

Overview

The main student finance package includes a:

• Tuition Fee Loan
• Maintenance Loan - full-time students only
• Maintenance Grant - full-time students only

Tuition Fee Loans pay for your course. Maintenance Loans and Grants help with living costs (eg accommodation, books, bills). Loans must be paid back, grants do not.

Corporate finance

Corporate finance is the area of finance dealing with monetary decisions that business enterprises make and the tools and analysis used to make these decisions. The primary goal of corporate finance is to maximize shareholder value.^[1] Although it is in principle different frommanagerial finance which studies the financial decisions of all firms, rather than corporations alone, the main concepts in the study of corporate finance are applicable to the financial problems of all kinds of firms.

The discipline can be divided into long-term and short-term decisions and techniques. Capital investment decisions are long-term choices about which projects receive investment, whether to finance that investment with equity or debt, and when or whether to pay dividends toshareholders. On the other hand, short term decisions deal with the short-term balance of current assets and current liabilities; the focus here is on managing cash, inventories, and short-term borrowing and lending (such as the terms on credit extended to customers).^{[citation needed]}

The terms corporate finance and corporate financier are also associated with investment banking. The typical role of an investment bank is to evaluate the company's financial needs and raise the appropriate type of capital that best fits those needs. Thus, the terms “corporate finance” and “corporate financier” may be associated with transactions in which capital is raised in order to create, develop, grow or acquire businesses.

Comme Beyonce avant elle, Kim Kardashian est victime de rumeurs sur sa grossesse. Certains s'amusent à dire que la bimbo n'est pas réellement enceinte et fait semblant dans le but de se faire de la pub. On a aussi pensé que Beyonce était enceinte pour de faux à cause de son ventre qui changeait de forme et de taille ou encore à cause de la date d'accouchement qui changeait toutes les semaines. Une source anonyme avait même raconté que Beyonce avait fait appel à une mère porteuse, la maîtresse de son père, pour devenir mère.

 

C'est le même sort que subit Kim Kardashian, accusée de ne pas vraiment être enceinte. Cette dernière avait annoncé sa grossesse fin 2012 et cela avait suscité de nombreuses réactions. Mais pour le National Enquirer, tout ça n'est que du vent. D'après le tabloïd à la réputation douteuse, Kim Kardashian fait semblant d'être enceinte pour ramasser un beau paquet d'argent et redorer son blason. On peut y lire : "Le ventre de Kim semble change de taille et de position, et parfois il disparaît carrément, au cours des voyages de la jeune femme de 32 ans à travers le pays et le monde".

Une source raconte : "Une source proche de Kim pense que la star a mis au point un plan pour avec sa mère manager avide d'argent, Kris Jenner, pour faire semblant d'être enceinte pendant qu'une mère porteuse porte son enfant en secret pour elle et Kanye West". Et d'ajouter : "Comme c'est pratique que Kim tombe enceinte pile quand elle essaie de conclure son divorce avec Kris Humphries ?". La source conclut : "C'est aussi une sacrée coïncidence que Kim se retrouve enceinte peu de temps après avoir appris que la copine de son ex Reggie Bush est enceinte".

En effet, Kim Kardashian et Reggie Bush sont restés ensemble 3 ans et il est désormais en couple avec une certaine Lilit Avagyan, un sosie au rabais de Kim Kardashian, qui a annoncé sa grossesse en octobre 2012. Mais d'après la source, c'est bien l’appât du gain qui motiverait la belle Kim qui pourrait gagner 16 millions de dollars avec les produits dérivés liés à son bébé, un épisode spécial naissance dans son émission de télé-réalité et ensuite un contrat avec une célèbre marque de régime". Cerise sur le gâteau, selon le National Enquirer, Kim Kardashian ne serait pas enceinte mais aurait simplement grossi. Là, cette histoire frise le ridicule.

Tunisie: Lotfi Zitoun à Abou Yiadh « La violence n’a pas de place dans la Tunisie post-révolutionnaire »

L’ex conseiller politique d’Ennahdha, Lotfi Zitoun a fait appel sur les ondes de Mosaique Fm au bon sens et à la compréhension du leader d’Ansar Chariâa Abou Iyadh. « J’appelle mon frère Abou Yadh à comprendre que la violence n’a plus de place dans la Tunisie post-révolutionnaire », a-t-il déclaré.

Les partisans d’Abou Iyadh n’ont pas tardé à monter au créneau mettant en garde le chef du gouvernement après qu’il ait accusé le chef d’Ansar Chariâa d’être impliqué dans un trafic d’armes et dans les violences qui touchent le pays.

• التسجيل وجوبا مباشرة على موقع الواب Transtu.tn • للمترشّح الحقّ في المشاركة في اختصاص واحد دون سواه

الوثائق المطلوبة لملف الترشح:

- استمارة التسجيل مستخرجة من موقع الواب للشركة السابق ذكره - نسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية. - السيرة الذاتية مستخرجة من موقع الواب المذكور اعلاه. - شهادة تسجيل بمكتب التشغيل والعمل المستقل لم يمض على تاريخ تسليمها أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر في تاريخ ختم الترشحات او وثيقة تثبت النشاط المهني أو شهادة في الأجر بالنسبة للمترشحين الذين يمارسون نشاطا مهنيا مؤجرا أو نشاطا مهنيا حرا دون مستوى شهائدهم العلمية لم يمض على تاريخ تسليمها أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر في تاريخ ختم الترشحات أو نسخ مطابقة للأصل منها. - نسخة من الشهائد العلمية ومن شهادة المعادلة بالنسبة للشهادات الأجنبية.

* توضع الوثائق المكونة لملف الترشح للمناظرة في ظرف خاص يكتب عليه : » لا يفتح مناظرة خارجية بالملفات والاختبارات » مع التنصيص على عدد العرض والعدد الرتبي للاختصاص ويرسل بواسطة رسالة مضمونة الوصول إلى العنوان التالي: شركة النقل بتونس، 33 شارع اليابان مونبليزير، تونس، ص.ب 1073.

* يتم إعلام المترشحين المقبولين لإجراء المناظرة عن طريق موقع الواب. * على كل مترشح مقبول استخراج استدعائه الشخصي من موقع الواب لإجراء الاختبارات.

المقاييس:

- تجرى المناظرة طبقا لأحكام القانون عدد 04 لسنة 2012 المؤرخ في 22 جوان 2012 والأمر عدد 833 لسنة 2012 المؤرخ في 20 جويلية 2012 المتعلق بالأحكام الاستثنائية للانتداب في القطاع العمومي على مرحلتين: * المرحلة الأولى: يتم ترتيب المترشحين ترتيبا تفاضليا وفقا لمقياسي سن المترشح وسنة التخرج استنادا على الشهادات والوثائق التى استظهر بها المترشح.* المرحلة الثانية: - تتم دعوة المترشحين المرتبين تفاضليا في المرحلة الأولى في حدود ضعف عدد الخطط المعروضة للتناظر لاجراء أسئلة متعددة الإختيارات و اختبارات شفاهية (حوار) ويعاد ترتيبهم تفاضليا وفقا للأعداد المتحصل عليها في هذه الاختبارات.

ملاحظات:

1- يترتب عن كل تصريح مغالط منع المترشح من المشاركة في مناظرات القطاع العمومي لمدة ثلاثة سنوات وفي صورة اكتشاف المغالطة بعد عملية الانتداب فانه يتم عزله عن العمل طبقا لأحكام الفصل 17 من الأمر المذكور أعلاه. 2- يرفض وجوبا كل ملف ترشح يصل بعد غلق الترشحات أو لا يحتوى على جميع الوثائق المطلوبة ويكون ختم البريد دليلا. 3- لا تأخذ بعين الاعتبار مطالب الترشح التي وردت على الشركة قبل صدور هذا البلاغ .

Mission :
C'est une personne clé de la Direction Générale des Impôts  (DGI), qui exerce des fonctions de gestion dans tous les postes administratifs et comptables. Qu'il s'agisse de l'assiette, du recouvrement, du contrôle ou du contentieux, tout ce qui concerne l'impôt n'a pas de secret pour lui.
Dans les centres des impôts, c'est le contrôleur qui calcule et vérifie les impositions. Il peut exercer ses fonctions en contact direct avec le contribuable ou assurer la formation et l'encadrement des personnels. Dans les recettes des impôts, il s'occupe de l'encaissement d'une partie des recettes fiscales.
Admission :
Le concours est accessible avec un baccalauréat. Il comporte à l'écrit une pré admissibilité (QCM), une dissertation, une analyse d'un dossier économique ou social, et au choix : mathématiques, comptabilité commerciale, géographie, économie, droit commercial, droit civil.
Les inscriptions se font auprès de la Direction des services fiscaux du département de résidence.

Mission :
Le contrôleur de l'INSEE est appelé à travailler dans tous les services de l'Institut National de la Statistique et des Études Économiques (INSEE). Il exerce des fonctions statistiques, administratives ou informatiques. Tout dépend du service qui l'emploie : service de gestion administrative, service de traitement automatique de l'information.
Admission :
Le concours est ouvert aux titulaires du baccalauréat ou d'un diplôme équivalent. Il comporte les épreuves suivantes : résumé et question de texte, mathématiques et statistiques, sciences économiques et sociales, entretien avec un jury.
Les inscriptions se font auprès de l'INSEE- cellule concours et examens.

Contrôleur du trésor

Mission :
Le contrôleur participe aux différents travaux des services du Trésor. Il peut être spécialisé dans le paiement du personnel des collectivités locales, la vérification de l'encaissement des impôts, la décentralisation des opérations de dépenses et recettes publiques, la souscription des bons du Trésor et emprunts de l'État, la gestion des comptes de dépôts de particuliers…
Admission :
Le concours est ouvert aux titulaires d'un baccalauréat ou d'un diplôme équivalent. Il comporte à l'écrit des épreuves de pré admissibilité (QCM), une épreuve générale et deux épreuves à options : mathématiques, géographie ou droit constitutionnel-analyse de texte ou droit civil.
Les inscriptions se font auprès du trésorier payeur général du département de résidence.
